The site is hosted by OVHcloud in the eu-west-gra data centre in France. Provider: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France. Technical access data may include IP address, time, requested address, HTTP status, transferred volume and browser/device details. Logs are retained according to hosting and security periods as necessary for operation, troubleshooting and investigation of security incidents; specific incidents may require longer purpose-limited retention.
Complianz manages cookie information and settings; Polylang supports language selection. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. No advertising trackers are used. Necessary device storage is governed by section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021, with related personal-data processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cookie settings are saved for up to 180 days and language choice for up to one year. Accessibility preferences are stored locally in your browser when requested, until reset or browser storage is cleared.
Images, certificates and system fonts are served locally or through our hosting. No AI chatbot, embedded social feeds, external maps or videos are configured. Downloads are served from our hosting.
We use Google Analytics 4 only with your consent to analyse page views and interactions. The EEA provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data includes online identifiers, pages viewed, time, interactions, approximate location and browser/device details. GA4 uses IP addresses for communication and location derivation but does not log or store them.
The legal basis is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. The Analytics library does not load before consent to Analytics. You can change or withdraw consent using the cookie icon at the bottom right, without affecting prior lawful processing. We do not use Google Signals or advertising personalisation. Google may process data in the USA and refers to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. Read Google Privacy and GA4 privacy information.
Site Kit displays metrics in administration. Search Console manages search visibility and does not itself add visitor Analytics tracking.
Analytics retention is set to two months for event data and fourteen months for user data. The user-data period restarts on new activity. Aggregated standard reports are not subject to these retention periods. The Analytics cookies have a default lifetime of up to two years; browser restrictions may shorten this.
We process the contact details and messages you provide to answer your enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual/contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) for business contacts and general communication. Correspondence is retained as necessary for handling enquiries, contracts and statutory record-keeping. Austrian commercial and tax rules may require business records to be retained for seven years.
WhatsApp is provided only as an external link, without an embedded plugin connecting during a normal page visit. If you open and use the service, its provider processes your data under its own terms; transfers outside the EEA may occur. You may instead contact us by phone or email. Linked group websites are separate sites.
Data is disclosed only as required for the relevant purpose, including hosting/IT providers and, where necessary to handle your request, responsible staff or involved group companies. Not every enquiry is automatically shared across the group. Authorities may receive information where required by law.
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn prospectively. Contact office@powoden.com. You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, https://www.dsb.gv.at/.
No registration is required to visit. Technical access data is needed to deliver the site. To answer an enquiry, we need the relevant information you provide. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or conduct corresponding profiling.
