Technically necessary connection data, such as IP address, time, requested URL, browser and operating system, is processed to deliver, secure and maintain the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting and technical providers process data only where necessary for their services. Logs are retained according to operational security requirements; incidents may require longer retention.
When you contact us by telephone, email or the contact form, we process the information you provide to respond and, where applicable, prepare or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We retain it for the enquiry and any applicable statutory retention periods. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration. No Google Ads or Tag Manager code is included in this new implementation.
